Our Team

Business Environments is a well-established organization with a seasoned management team that has over 150 years of combined experience. This depth of talent allows Business Environments to provide unparalleled resources to serve our customer needs and requirements. Our staff of 35 individuals includes warehousing, installation crews, support staff, design and sales personnel.

Kirk Mitchell

President and Sales Manager since 1989

Kirk has 27 years of experience as president of Business Environments.

Linda Folz

Senior Contract Furnishings Consultant since 1997

Linda has 19 years of experience at Business Environments. Her background as an entrepreneur as well as 23 years in the medical profession brings valuable knowledge to assist her clients with their projects.

Tammy Neel

Sales Consultant/Interior Designer

Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from University of Kentucky. She brings 20 years of commercial interior design and sales experience to Business Environments.

Joan Mentzel

Senior Interior Designer since 1981

Joan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from Indiana State University and is NCIDQ certified. She brings over 35 years of experience to Business Environments in areas that include space planning, product specification, finish selections and project management.

Jessica Marrett

Senior Interior Designer since 1996

Jessica holds an Associates Degree in Interior Design from Ivy Tech State College. She brings 20 years of experience in areas that include space planning, product specification and finish selections. Jessica also manages Business Environments extensive resource center.

Kennie Toy

Senior Interior Designer since 2014

Kennie comes to us from Colorado holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from Morehead State University and is NCIDQ certified. She brings 35 years of interior design experience in areas that include GSA sales, space planning, product specification, finish selections and project management.

Amaris Stewart

Interior Designer since 2016

Amaris comes to us from New York and holds an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design Technology from SUNY Cobleskill and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Sage College of Albany. She brings 4 years of interior design experience to Business Environments in the fields of commercial and retail design.

Mike brings 20 years customer service, training and management experience in various fields to Business Environments.
